Neil is the President/CEO of Talbert House. He has been with the organization since 1972, starting as a night counselor while completing his education at Xavier University. He has held his current position since 1982, helping lead the agency to deliver a continuum of care across southwest Ohio.
Community Relations Director of Talbert House since 1999, Teri is excited to share her perspectives of the agency’s important work through a non-clinician’s eyes. Although a Hoosier at heart, she calls Cincinnati home and likes to spend time with people who want to make it an even better place for everyone to live.
Crystal is the Community Relations Specialist and has been with Talbert House since August 2011. She is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Communications and is originally from central Pennsylvania. In her spare time she enjoys playing volleyball and racquetball.

Diana is the Director in Men’s Corrections and has worked for Talbert House from 1994-2001 and again since 2005. She has a very diverse background in working with individuals from all walks of life and is very passionate about helping those in need to get back “on the right track”. In her free time she likes to read, travel, attend sports games, and ride motorcycles.
Marva is the Leadership Development and Talent Specialist and has been with Talbert House since 2006. She is in her third career after retiring from Cincinnati Bell and working as a family therapist. In her spare time she enjoys watching football (Who Dey!), listening to jazz with friends, and hanging out with her son, Damon.
Angela has been in the interactive marketing sector for over 13 years. She has worked with various nonprofits for communications, graphic design, social networking, and web development. Currently, Angela is a consultant for Talbert House for the websites, social media, and communications for Talbert House and Centerpoint Health. In her spare time she is an artist including painting, sculpting, and glass blowing.
Denise has worked in non-profit development, marketing, public relations and event planning for over 8 years. She is the Public Relations Specialist for Talbert House and is responsible for communications and branding for the organization. She recently became a certified personal trainer and loves to educate in the areas of health, fitness, and wellness.
Aubrey is a clinical psychologist and has worked at Talbert House since 2009. She provides assessment and therapy for children and families who have experienced trauma or abuse. She’s also the program administrator for the psychology internship program and psychological assessment center. She spends her free time reading, playing tennis, and pretending she’s a ninja with her young son.
Drew is the Director of Food Services, House Café and Catering and has worked at Talbert House since 2009. He is a self-proclaimed “Foodie” who enjoys planning, preparing, and hosting food events with his wife Debbie. Drew volunteers regularly at The Mayerson JCC, Venice on Vine, and The Contemporary Arts Center. His favorite things to bake are made-from-scratch pies (especially pies with chocolate in them).
Mary is an expert in IT and Business Services Innovation and has 27 years of experience from P&G. Mary is on the Board of Trustees and the Marketing Chair for iSPACE. She shared her expertise with Talbert House to facilitate the transition to a new service line model and transition to her own second career. Her spare time is spent with family, her garden, and a barnyard full of animals.
Melissa was a summer volunteer in the Community Relations department of Talbert House. She is a junior at Indiana University in Bloomington, majoring in Journalism with a concentration in Social Work and a minor in Spanish. She has lived in Cincinnati for the past 19 years and is excited to be giving back to her hometown!
Caitlin is a Human Resources Department intern and a senior at Xavier University. She will graduate in May 2013 with her degree in Human Resource Management. Caitlin is originally from Toledo and enjoys reading, listening to music, running, and spending time with her friends.
Caroline is an intern in the Community Relations Department of Talbert House. She is a senior at Xavier University studying Marketing, International Business, and Spanish. She is a Minnesota native, and in her free time she loves to read, go swimming, and be with her big Italian family. Caroline is excited to be part of the Talbert House team, and looks forward to helping out with the communities in Cincinnati.
Tracy is the Development Director and has been with Talbert House since 2009. Tracy is a wife and proud mother of two boys, Will and Gabriel. In her spare time she enjoys the sunshine, freshly squeezed lemonade, shopping, and spending time with her gregarious and curious guys.
Rob is the Individual Giving Coordinator and began at Talbert House in August 2012. Rob resides in Wyoming and is a proud parent of two sons, Noah and Aaron. In his spare time, Rob collects law enforcement shoulder patches and volunteers for a number of community organizations. A proud Chicago native, he enjoys Cincinnati and all that it has to offer.
John is the current Vice President over the Adult Behavioral Health service line, and has been with the agency since 2009. He enjoys spending time with family, canoeing, photography, and hiking.
Karen is a GED teacher and has been at Talbert House’s Community Correctional Center since 2002. She is the mother of a three year old named Shane, adopted from Hamilton County Jobs and Family Services after being his foster parent for 2 1/2 years. Karen loves to watch movies and sports, read books, cook, and spend time with her family.
Since 2011, Maria has been a Community Representative with Gateways, A Recovery Center. She grew up in Woodland Hills, CA and has lived in Cincinnati, where she now calls home, for the past 20 years. Maria cherishes her time spent with her family and friends, and especially playing and being in the now moment with her 3 year old son.
Caprice is a Pre-Doctoral Psychology Intern at Talbert House. She began her internship in August 2012 and her primary rotation is on the Safeguard Team at the Roselawn office, providing trauma therapy to children, adults, and families. Caprice will be graduating from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio in July 2013.
