Job responsibilities: Providing Case management services to males returning from prison in order to help them secure employment, housing and live a pro-social and drug-free lifestyle. Prefer course study in Criminal Justice, Human or Social Services. Two years work experience as a case manager or two years experience in criminal justice field is preferred.

Provides diagnosis and case review, assures compliance with Best Practice treatment standards and documentation regulations; evaluates service plans and quality of services provided to clients; assists with program development; supervises staff development and training; provides a small percentage of time in direct services; monitors and completes necessary reports in a timely manner; attends Drug Court status hearings on a weekly basis.
