ACTIVITY & SECURITY MONITOR/YOUTH CARE PROVIDER (ASM/YCP)
Primary duties include: assuring the safety of the facility; monitoring the location and activities of clients; providing accurate and timely documentation. Youth Care Providers work at adolescent residential programs whereas Activity & Security Monitors work at non-adolescent residential programs. Activity & Security Monitors/Youth Care Providers serve as a positive role model at all times. This position requires a High School diploma or GED

ADAPT FOR MEN (Job Code: 325-105)
Position: ASM A-1
This is a full time position working 1st and 2nd shift weekdays and weekends. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required. A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire. Basic computer skills are required.

This position is full-time working 2nd shift.  Job Overview: Provide assistance to adolescent males in a residential mental health/AOD program, monitoring location and activities of clients. Job Overview: Transport clients in case of emergency to hospital, court and outings. Monitor adolescent female’s age 12-17 years old. Respond to emergencies and prevent escapes or incidents. This position is full time, first shift working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.  This position requires a High School diploma or GED equivalent and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.  Prefer one to two years of experience in a medical office or mental health setting.  During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).

Job Overview:  Successful candidate will be responsible for filing maintenance of medical records related documentation.  Will perform chart audits and maintain integrity of chart contents and conduct purging of charts to prepare for storage.  Serve as primary relief and coverage for front desk operations.  Individual will assist with new patient registration and conduct annual account management with clients.  Must communicate and present a professional demeanor, display a team player attitude and be a reliable individual.

QUALITY AND CLINICAL SERVICES (Job Code: 125-25)

This is a part-time, first shift position working 20 hours/week.  Work days are Monday through Friday.  Requires equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Prefer four years experience serving as an administrative specialist within a medical office or program, or as an executive assistant to medical director or facility.  Must have computer skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.  A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.  During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT). 

Job Overview:  To provide direct support to the Medical Director on various Quality and Clinical Service Department projects and activities. Will independently outline, prioritize, and complete tasks by using initiative and follow-through to complete them, monitor and complete various reports for medical staff, funders, leadership team, and Board of Trustees and submit them in a timely fashion to meet funder and Agency deadlines and reporting requirements, communicate activities and/or assignments to appropriate staff and arrange for the collection and submission of data.  Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions as related to RFP submission.  Will also coordinate, format, and edit contracts and grant proposals; compose and respond to non-routine correspondence; effectively interface with funder(s); assisting with day-to-day operations of Quality and Clinical Services Department, including answering phones, taking minutes, creating agenda, contacting medical staff, working with Medical Director, generating reports, and customer service.  The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, balance several projects simultaneously, assist with contracts and recruiting strategies for medical staff, mail, and pull clinical information from records to support operations along with other special projects as necessary.  

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

CASE MANAGER
Primary duties include: maintaining a caseload; providing case management services through planning, monitoring and referral; meeting with clients on an individual and/or group basis; preparing and implementing individualized client treatment plans. ADULT CASE MANAGEMENT/COLLEGE HILL (Job Codes: 4001-92)

This is a full-time, first shift position. Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, prefer course study in a related social service field and one year experience in social services. Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). Requires a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance, as well as, dependable transportation. This is a full time first shift position with occasional Saturday work.  Program is located in Lebanon, Ohio (Warren County).  Requires equivalent of a Bachelor's degree.  Preferred candidate will have had course work in Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Counseling and two years experience that include case management services.  Must have basic computer skill in Excel, Access, Word and Internet Explorer.  A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.  During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).

Job Overview:  Provide case management, referral linkage, and assessment services for adult male offenders in a residential treatment facility. This position requires flexibility, excellent organizational skills and the desire to work with a variety of populations utilizing evidence based practices.  Will also be required to transport clients to and from appointments.

Physical Requirements:  Must be able to lift 25 pounds and remain in a sitting position for long periods of time.

CORNERSTONE (Job Code:  310-118)
Position: CSM A-2
This is a full time, first shift position.  Work days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with rotational Saturdays and one to two late days per week.  Requires equivalent to Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or social science field and one year criminal justice experience (two years preferred).  Also requires basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).  Must be able to pass the NCIC background check.   Must have valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.  A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire.  During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete and internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).

Job Overview:  Successful candidate will be assigned to a large case load of federal clients and meet with each client at a minimum of one time per week.  The candidate will complete Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans, individual case notes and group notes, ORAS assessments, and Pre and Post HIT assessments for each client on his/her caseload.  This candidate will approve and monitor all client passes and assign sanctions to clients who fail to follow the rules and regulations of the program.  This candidate will serve as an advocate for their clients and work with external customers (BOP and Probation Officers) on a regular basis.  Must have good communication, good documentation, and customer service skills.  Candidate must have reliable transportation and a good driving record.

Physical Requirements: Candidate must be able to frequently climb multiple stairs in three separate buildings.  There are no elevator's and very minimal access that does not involve some stairs. 

CLINICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS
Primary duties include: maintaining a caseload; meeting with clients on an individual and/or group basis; providing direct clinical services; assisting clients in more effectively functioning within, or preparing for re-integration into, the community. These positions require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a CD or Social Work licensure. Also requires successful completion of Clinical Assessment Tracking and Triage [CATT] training within first eight (8) weeks of hire, unless otherwise noted. (CATT training is a course in using computers for clinical documentation.)

(NEW!) ADULT OUTPATIENT/HEALTHPOINT FAMILY CARE LEASED SERVICES (Job Code: 7020-1)
Position:  CSP P-2
This position is first shift, part-time (16 hours/week); work days are Monday through Friday with some evening hours. Job Overview: Individual and group treatment for individuals and families; assessments; treatment planning; use of best practice treatment pathways in an integrated medical clinic. This position is responsible for clinical documentation and coordination of care with other providers. Position may also provide training to other agency providers.

Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Marriage and Family, a LCSW (Kentucky Independent level) license, and two (2) years post degree experience in a Behavioral Health environment and provision of assessments/diagnosis, treatment planning and counseling services. Preferred candidate will have at least three (3) years experience in the provision of group, individual, or family therapy. Experience working in a medical office milieu and demonstrated competency in Alcohol and other Drugs scope of service. Microsoft Office computer skills are required. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required as employee will travel to locations for service delivery and/or trainings or meetings. Ability to perform data entry into the electronic health records (EHR) system of leasing agency.

PROJECT PASS (Job Code: 460-75)
Position: CSP P-1
This is a modified full time, first shift position (a school-based schedule of 42 weeks/year; 1664 hours). Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work or Counseling, LSW or PC, youth mental health work or internship experience, and Microsoft Office computer skills are required. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT). A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required as employee will be transporting clients and their families. Preferred candidate will have two (2) years experience in school-based mental health.

Job Overview: Provide school based mental health counseling and case management to youth population, coordinates treatment with school, community and family. Carries caseload of 20-30 clients, completes diagnostic assessments, and engages in home visitation and treatment planning. Builds community and home relationships. The successful candidate must be able to function in an often hectic school environment. Utilization requirements are expected.

Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, climb stairs, transport clients and their families, and work in a fast paced school environment.

PROJECT PASS (Job Code: 460-74)
Position:  CSP P-2
This is a first shift, modified full time position (a school-based schedule of 42 weeks/year; 1664 hours). Work days are Monday through Friday. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with a LISW or PCC license.  Preferred candidate will also have at least one (1) year in school based mental health or youth mental health experience or internships. Requires Microsoft Office computer skills. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT). A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required as employee will be expected to drive and may transport clients to appointments and/or social activities.

Job Overview: Provides School based counseling and case management to youth population, coordinates treatment with school, community, and family. Carries a caseload of 20-25 clients. Completes diagnostic assessments, engages in home visitation and treatment planning. May complete diagnostic assessments for youth attending other schools to promote continuity of care and assurance of continued referrals. Provide clinical direction and participates in providing in-service training to other treatment team members.

SPRING GROVE CENTER (Job Codes: 340-207, 340-213, 340-216)
Position:  CSP A-2
This position is full time working Monday through Friday, first or second shift.  Work schedule will include some weekends.  Job Overview:  Provide individual and group clinical and case management services.  The successful candidate must have the ability to conduct an intake assessment to develop and implement a treatment plan and assist clients through the process.  This clinical service provider will facilitate groups as needed.  This position will work to assist clients to acclimate back into society and to live a pro-social lifestyle.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, a CDCA (within 90 days of hire), basic computer skills, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.  Preferred candidate will have two to three years work experience with clients with AoD diagnosis.  During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).  A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:  Candidate must be able to climb stairs in a three-story building several times per day; carry files from one floor to another on a regular basis; stand to facilitate groups for a minimum of one hour; and document on computer for several hours a day, several hours a week.

SPRING GROVE CENTER (Job Code: 340-211)
Position: CSP M-1
This position is full-time, first shift; work days are Monday through Friday with some evening or weekend hours as needed. Job Overview: Providing clinical oversight in the Men's Corrections Halfway House programs; conducting assessments; assisting with intakes as needed; providing on-going clinical trainings; assist in the completion of ISPs and DAFs; oversight of all clinical services as it related to outcomes; assist and observe in the group facilitation process; Clinical supervision of all staff in the Men's Corrections cluster; conducting chart audits; providing clinical guidance to assure that employees meet the utilization requirements. Must be detail oriented, well organized, ability to multi-task and exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.

Requires a Master's degree with coursework in AOD with LICDC, PCC or LISW and two (2) years experience in ability to diagnose; experience in working with individuals addicted to drugs and/or alcohol. Preferred candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology and four (4) years Clinical supervision experience. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required as employee must be able to travel among multiple locations to provide clinical oversight for all programs. Microsoft Office computer skills are required. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT). Other minimum qualifications: Employee must be able to climb multiple stairs as all buildings have no elevator. Automobile is required to travel to provide clinical oversight for four different locations.

TURTLE CREEK CENTER (Job Codes: 335-158 and 335-160)
Position: CSP P-1
This position is full-time, first and second shift; work days are Monday through Friday in Lebanon, Ohio (Warren County). Job Overview: Provide group counseling, referral linkage and assessment services for adult male offenders in a Halfway House treatment facility located in Warren County (OH). Ability to manage a small caseload of 8-10 clients. This position requires flexibility, excellent organizational skills and the desire to work with a variety of populations utilizing evidence based practices. Will also be required to transport clients to and from appointments. Must have the ability to model pro-social behaviors and the willingness to engage in program related activities and maintain documentation; manage and/or assist in emergency situations until contact has been made with appropriate authorities (e.g., administers first aid); respond to emergencies and prevent escapes or incidents (which threaten safety or security of facility, staff, clients, or general public) by intervening when conflict occurs, (e.g., de-escalation, verbal prevention strategies); assist clients and peers in making documentation and related record keeping duties report and receive reports regarding safety violations and any other unusual conditions.

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice or Counseling with a LCDC III, PC or LSW and Microsoft Office skills are required. Preferred candidate will have two (2) years experience in group counseling and residential setting and case management services. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT). A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required as the employee will be expected to drive clients to appointments. Requires to become certified in the ORAS assessment within 6 months of hire.

FOOD SERVICE

ADAS CENTER FOOD SERVICE (Job Code: 185-52)
Position:  FSS A-1 PR1- Driver
This is a part time position working 27 hours per week 1st and 2nd Shift weekdays and weekends. Job Overview: Maintain sanitary guidelines, provide superlative customer service, drive and deliver meals, dish washing, deliver and set up for catering functions. Serve food and use normal kitchen equipment. Accurate documentation skills are required. A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and valid driver’s license and insurance are required. The ability to be ServSafe certified within the initial period of close supervision is also required. Physical Requirements: Constant standing or walking. The ability for occasional kneeling, crouching, tasting and smelling; frequent balancing, stooping, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking and hearing; and to lift 60 pounds and carry food and carriers up two flights of stairs are required.

This position is part-time position working 28 hours per week 1st and 2nd shift, including weekdays and weekends. Job Overview: Provide food service in the area of prep, cooking and cleaning of the kitchen in a 122 residential facility. Pick up food supplies form local stores and restaurants.

Position requires High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must have valid a driver’s license and auto insurance and basic Microsoft computer skills.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to climb stairs in a three story building with no elevator. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs to put up food that has been delivered.

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ADMINISTRATOR

(NEW!) QUALITY AND CLINICAL SERVICES (Job Code: 125-26)
Position: CQIC M-1
This is a full-time, first shift position; work days are Monday through Friday. Job Overview: This position resides within the Quality and Clinical Services Department which provides oversight and assistance to approximately 40 diverse direct service programs across Talbert House and Affiliates. This job has two major focuses: 1) to assist programs in identifying, tracking, trending, planning, and reporting using quality indicators and outcome measures to participate in a continuous quality improvement culture; 2) to lead the organization in preparation for value based operations via Pay for Performance environments. Job duties include effectively leading meetings and committees, providing technical assistance to programs, creating and using tools and resources to assure efficient and accurate data capture and reporting, report writing, communicating with internal and external customers, communicating and/or training regarding rule changes, policy and procedures, resources and requirements. Must be able to utilize Software databases, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, work both independently and as positive team member, and provide customer service to wide customer base.

A Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Behavioral Science or related area and two (2) years experience demonstrating use and understanding of quality improvement processes and management are required. The related experience may include, but not limited to, Total Quality Management, Six Sigma project management. Preferred candidate will have course of study in Quality Measurement in a Behavioral Health arena and four (4) years experience in Continuous quality improvement or outcomes measurement. Microsoft Office computer skills are required. This is a full time, first shift position. Requires a High School diploma or GED. Preferred candidate will have a degree in Sales or Marketing and will have prior Business Development/ Sales experience. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce computer skills are required. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required as employee job duties will include driving daily to meet with referral sources and attend events regionally.

Job Overview: The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective organizational and time management skills; the ability to manage productivity with minimal direction; have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. The successful candidate must also be able to understand basic referral trends and sources and interpret/relate such data to our sales needs.

SUPERVISOR

CORNERSTONE (Job Code: 310-117)
Position: SUP S-1
This is a full-time, second shift position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule. Job Overview: Working in a halfway house for state and federal offenders; the candidate will provide oversight and management of the facility operations of the program. Effective organizational skills are required; excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to network effectively with our internal and external stakeholders; coordinate site safety issues; assists the Manager with the day to day management of the program; providing administrative supervision to Activity Security Monitors; ordering of all supplies and conducting inventory of those supplies; monitors program compliance as required by our funders; familiarity with Federal Bureau of Prisons standards; CARF, ODADAS, Ohio Department or Rehabilitation and Corrections, ACA accreditation and license practices or similar accreditation process highly preferred.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Microsoft Word and Outlook computer skills are required. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required as employee will drive to agency trainings, meetings or client home inspections periodically. Preferred candidate will have a degree in Criminal Justice or related field and one (1) or more years of supervisory experience. During the first eight weeks of employment, new hire must complete an internal training and pass a competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT). A new hire must complete an internal training and become a certified drug test collector within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver multiple stairs in three separate buildings. There are no elevators and very minimal access that does not involve some stairs. Minimal lifting (less than 30 pounds); pass the NCIC background check.

TRAINING SPECIALIST

This position is on-call (up to 10 hours/week); work shift is from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. with flexible work days, Monday through Thursday. Job Overview: An instructor to work with the Cincy After School program at Shroder High School. Instructors will provide project-based instruction in the area of Math, Science, Social Studies, English or Spanish for students from grades 7-12. Desirable candidates will be able to apply life skills and needed required experience to offer students opportunities to apply learning concepts to their everyday lives and work collaboratively with other tutors and aides.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience working with youth in an Educational setting, including volunteer or internship experience. Requires basic computer skills using Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required as employee will be picking up supplies/materials for the program.
