Talbert House Announces Newest Board Members
 The Agency Welcomes Three New Board Members at its Annual Meeting

CINCINNATI—Talbert House is pleased to announce three newly appointed members to the agency’s board of trustees, Cathy Crain, David A. Pepper, and Amy L. Searcy. 

Cathy Crain, Downtown Cincinnati resident, philanthropist and community volunteer, has a diverse background of advocating for education and the arts.  She has served on the boards of the Cincinnati Opera, Greater Cincinnati Foundation, and other local organizations.  She is currently Board Chair of Cincinnati State.  Crain retired from a career in the investment business where she formerly served as Vice President of Scudder Stevens and National City Bank.

David A. Pepper, J.D. of Anderson Township recently became of counsel at the law firm of Blank Rome.  Pepper was previously an associate at Squire Sanders.  His history of public service includes judicial clerk in the US Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, president of the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners and member of Cincinnati City Council. 

Amy L. Searcy, Esq. is a resident and community activist of Sayler Park and volunteered for several local organizations including Legal Aid, Cincinnati Park Board Advisory Council, CYC Mentoring Program.  She is also a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association.  Searcy works as Deputy Director of the Hamilton County Board of Elections.  She previously served as Magistrate at the Municipal Court and practiced law as a Public Defender.
