CINCINNATI—Talbert House is pleased to announce the third class of Executive Curriculum for Emerging Leaders (EXCEL), a year-long leadership training program for nonprofit managers.
Class III of EXCEL is a cross-representation of the Greater Cincinnati nonprofit community. The class was selected through an application process.
EXCEL was designed by Talbert House to address the need for highly skilled leadership for cultural and social service organizations in Greater Cincinnati. EXCEL has graduated 30 since its inception in 2006.
The program features a curriculum taught by local business professionals, personalized development plans, mentoring, project learning and networking. Funding for EXCEL is received from Pfau Foundation, United Way of Greater Cincinnati, National City and Fidelity Investments.
