Talbert House appoints Josh Arnold as
Vice President of Youth Behavioral Health

CINCINNATI—Talbert House is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Arnold to Vice President of Youth Behavioral Health effective May 1, 2012. Josh has extensive knowledge and experience in prevention, education, mental health case management and substance abuse treatment in both residential and outpatient care settings. Josh has been an employee of Talbert House for more than 13 years.
Most recently, Josh served as director of Adolescent Services where he oversaw the management of three youth residential treatment programs as well as outpatient and school-based services across the region. Josh has developed and fostered strong relationships with community stakeholders and has led several committees that resulted in innovation and improved services across the agency.
Josh has a master’s in Community Counseling from Xavier University and a bachelor’s in Liberal Arts, Sociology and Criminal Justice concentration, from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In his role as Vice President of Youth Behavioral Health, Josh will oversee substance abuse and mental health services for children and adolescents throughout Greater Cincinnati.
