CINCINNATI — Talbert House is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy Wells as director of Development.

In her new role, Wells is responsible for the coordination of the agency’s private fundraising efforts. Working closely with the agency’s board of directors, she oversees the annual fund campaign, major gifts, special events, planned giving program, and private grants.

Before working at Talbert House, Wells worked for eight years in a variety of capacities at Redwood in Ft. Mitchell, Ky. She left the organization as chief development officer. Previous to that position, she worked at Hospice of Northern Kentucky.

Wells received a bachelor’s of Health Care Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and a master’s of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and a graduate of Leadership Kentucky class of 2005.

Talbert House is a community-wide nonprofit network of social services with 30 proven programs focusing on prevention, assessment, treatment and reintegration. Each year, Talbert House helps 25,000 men, women and children across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky overcome adversity to become healthy and productive citizens through its programs in community corrections, mental health, substance abuse and welfare-to-work.
