David W. Rickard joins Centerpoint Health & Talbert House
as Director of Information Technology

CINCINNATI— Centerpoint Health and Talbert House are pleased to announce the appointment of David W. Rickard as the director of Information Technology.
Rickard has extensive knowledge in project planning and management, product selection, business management and client collaboration. He worked 31 years at Convergys, a Cincinnati-based relationship management corporation. Most recently, he served as platform manager where he managed business analysts responsible for evolution of application platforms related to financial, purchasing, legal and service management businesses. Previous to that position, he was the director of budget management, development environment and internal systems.
In his new position, Rickard oversees the information technology for Centerpoint Health and Talbert House. The two agencies are affiliated and have 850 employees with a client reach of 70,000 in Greater Cincinnati. Managing a team of seven, Rickard ensures the integrity of the affiliation’s client electronic records system and its centralized data center for 30 remote sites and manages internal technical support for Microsoft Office Productivity tools.
Rickard has a master’s of Education in Secondary Administration from Xavier University and a bachelor’s in Mathematics from Asbury College.
