Thanks to Hamilton County for supporting Issue 4:
Family Services and Treatment Levy

Family Services and Treatment Levy

Hamilton County voters generously supported prevention, treatment and recovery services with the passage of Issue 4, the Family Services and Treatment Levy, yesterday.

As part of this levy, Talbert House will be able to continue six programs: Turning Point, ADAPT, Extended Treatment, Rewards Jail Intervention, Jail Intervention for Men and halfway house services.

These services support the county’s initiative to reduce recidivism and preserve limited jail space for the most serious offenders and provide treatment for those who need it. Levy funding also will support Cincinnati Union Bethel’s Off the Streets program, Coalition for a Drug-Free Greater Cincinnati, Hamilton County reentry programs and Hamilton County’s Drug Court.

Thanks to all of you for the effort you put forth in this campaign. There wasn't one activity that wasn't critical to our success.

On behalf of our clients and their families, thank you for saying YES on 4!

Talbert House is a community-wide nonprofit network of social services with over 30 proven programs focusing on prevention, assessment, treatment and reintegration. Each year, Talbert House helps more than 24,000 men, women and children across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky overcome adversity to become healthy and productive citizens through its programs in community corrections, mental health, substance abuse and welfare-to-work.
