Kelly Hibner-Kalb promoted
to director of Talbert House Women and Court Services

CINCINNATI—Talbert House is pleased to announce Kelly Hibner-Kalb has been promoted to director of Women and Court Services.
Hibner-Kalb started at Talbert House in 2000 and most recently served as manager of Rewards Jail Intervention and Jail Intervention for Men. In her new position, she is overseeing five Talbert House community correctional programs: ADAPT for Women, Extended Treatment, Jail Intervention for Men, Pathways and Rewards Jail Intervention. These programs serve 2,500 clients each year.
Hibner-Kalb is an alumna of EXCEL (Executive Curriculum for Emerging Leaders), a nonprofit leadership training program. She received a bachelor’s of Psychology from The Ohio State University and is working towards a master’s in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University. She is a certified chemical dependency counselor assistant and a Mayo Clinic certified tobacco treatment specialist.
