"At Talbert House, we help former inmates make the transition back into contributing members of society.
"It starts with one-on-one sessions to help them identify their goals. We also have the opportunity to work with their families to identify a variety of problems on both ends of the spectrum.
"I want them to know that we’re a social service agency that really makes a change in people’s lives. And we do. Once they begin to trust you, they buy into their own problems and how to go about resolving them. The response is very genuine.
