Talbert House's Institute for Training and Development (ITD) Registration Policy Statement

Confirmation and Communication: ITD will communicate training changes or cancellations to you via email. If you do not have regular email access, please contact ITD Administrative Assistant at (513) 751-7747 ext. 1069.
Location: Training sessions take place at Talbert House Executive Office, 2600 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, OH 45206 unless otherwise specified. Parking is available in our south lot on Taft, across the street from the Office.
Enrollment discounts are available: 10% for two or more registered participants. 25% for four or more registered participants. Discount cannot exceed 25%. Discount is calculated by registrants per invoice.
Payment: Please pay by cash, check or money order payable to Talbert House ITD. You may mail payment to Talbert House ITD, attn: Admin Assistant, 2600 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, OH 45206. We also accept payment in person at our Victory Parkway location. Payment is due by the start of session. If you cannot pay by the start of session, please contact ITD Administrative Assistant at (513) 751-7747 ext. 1069 to arrange for alternative payment.
Cancellation / Refund policy: You may cancel and request a refund via email to the contact above anytime up to 7 days before the day of training, unless another time frame is stipulated in the training description. If you find you cannot attend a session for which you are registered, you may send a substitute to take the training in your stead. Please contact us at ITD.registrations@talberthouse.org to cancel your registration, call in if you cannot attend due to emergency, or to identify your substitute. (CEU credit awarded for training will be issued to the attendee.)
Late cancellation, or Registered but did not attend: Your invoice becomes immediately due upon late cancellation (less than 7 calendar days before the date of training) or failure to attend a session for which you are registered.
