Planned Gifts

Planned gifts are special gifts you can make that will benefit Talbert House after your lifetime. A common misconception is that only the wealthy make planned gifts. In fact, planned giving is one of the easiest ways for anyone to make contributions larger than they otherwise could during their lifetime.

The Foundation for Talbert House was established to provide a way to ensure our services are available in the future. There are several ways to make a planned gift. Your financial advisor can work with you to determine the best way to structure your planned gift while receiving the optimal tax benefits.

• Name the Foundation for Talbert House as your life insurance beneficiary
• Leave a gift in your will
• Set up a charitable gift annuity
• Donate appreciated assets, real estate, or property
