Connection. The last year was filled with connections that made it possible to overcome challenges unlike any others over our 56 years in operation. The steadfast connection and commitment with partner organizations and staff enabled us to pull together at a time when those we all serve needed us the most.
Despite the many challenges our communities faced this year, we remained focused on strengthening our services. We took every opportunity to realign our practices and care, reconnect with those who needed us and support us, and to reenergize our team for the year ahead.
This year, we have established many partnerships and worked tirelessly to build a stronger community. We have combatted many societal issues such as poverty, suicide and addiction. We have expanded our services to meet the needs of more patients while refocusing our mission of Empowering children, adults and families to live healthy, safe and productive lives.
We are grateful for the engagement of our staff, board, donors and volunteers. We are proud of the continuum of care we offer and the community partners we work with to meet the needs of our clients and their families every day.
This has been another year filled with challenges and opportunity. Our staff, Board, donors, and volunteers have risen to the occasion and challenged us to do more.
We are staying the course with our emphasis on continually improving quality of care, access to care, and strong financial performance. In doing so, we will continue to meet the needs of our clients, their families and the community.
This is a significant milestone for Talbert House as we celebrate our 50th anniversary. While this annual report shares our accomplishments over the past year, we can't help but reflect on the innovation, change, and support that led to this point.
