CINCINNATI – This year marks a momentous milestone for Talbert House as the Agency celebrates 60 years of service to the community. Since its founding in 1965, Talbert House has remained steadfast in its mission to empower children, adults, and families to live healthy, safe, and productive lives.

What began as a single halfway house has grown into a comprehensive network of services serving over 39,000 clients annually. Over the past six decades, the Agency has expanded from 4 programs with a $1 million budget to over 40 programs, social enterprises, and affiliations across southwest Ohio.

To celebrate 60 years of Impact, Talbert House invites the community to join its 60th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, September 18, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM at The Palomar. Guests will enjoy an evening of networking, small plates, drinks, and desserts. For more information, please visit www.talberthouse.org

All proceeds from this event will directly support the Hamilton County Crisis Center, a 47,000-square-foot facility served as a centralized hub for addiction and mental health crisis intervention, stabilization services, and treatment. The center also includes a primary care clinic and pharmacy to meet the overall healthcare needs of those served.

“We’re proud to celebrate six decades of impact and commitment to our community,” said Josh Arnold, Talbert House President/CEO. “This milestone is a tribute to our legacy and a step toward the future through the Hamilton County Crisis Center.”

Talbert House thanks Visionary Sponsor Model Group, The Jackie and Roy Sweeney Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, and Impact Sponsor Fifth Third Bank, Denice and Rich Hertlein, Pat Sheppard, Julie and Steve Shifman and Lois Cohen, and the 60th Celebration Committee.
