Josh Arnold Named U.S. Region 3 Vice President for ICJA Board of Directors

CINCINNATI –– Talbert House is proud to announce that President and CEO Josh Arnold has been appointed as U.S. Region 3 Vice President on the Board of Directors for the International Community Justice Association (ICJA).
With more than 27 years of experience at Talbert House, including serving as Vice President of Court and Corrections and as a member of the Ohio Community Corrections Association (OCCA) board, Josh is committed to empowering children, adults, and families while building stronger communities. Active with ICJA since 2013, the organization leads initiatives that shift public perception of justice-involved individuals, reduce over-incarceration, and promote public safety through treatment, research, and advocacy.
A Licensed Professional Counselor, Josh received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Criminal Justice emphasis from the University of Tennessee and his Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Xavier University. He also serves on the boards of One Source and the Community Action Agency and chairs the Substance Abuse Committee for the Ohio Council.
