CINCINNATI – Talbert House is grateful to receive a $400,000 gift from the Millstone Fund to support the Hamilton County Crisis Center, a 47,000-square-foot facility providing centralized services for adults experiencing mental health and addiction crises.

“Millstone Fund provided one of the first major gifts to the Hamilton County Crisis Center in 2024,” said Josh Arnold, Talbert House President/CEO. “Their early investment helped get this important project off the ground, and we are grateful for their continued support.”

Open for less than a year, the Hamilton County Crisis Center brings critical services together under one roof, including crisis care, a primary care clinic and pharmacy. The center addresses clients’ physical, mental and emotional health needs, serving approximately 1,600 indiviudals each year.

The center is a partnership between Talbert House, the Hamilton County Mental Health Recovery Services Board, Central Clinic Behavioral Health, the City of Cincinnati, Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, and Genoa Healthcare. The $12M project has been supported by a variety of generous supporters. The Hamilton County Crisis Center was made possible in part by the grants from Millstone Fund.
