CINCINNATI – Talbert House proudly announces Shelley Batch as the new Vice President of Behavioral Health.

Shelley joins Talbert House after 15 years with Central Clinic Behavioral Health. For the past eight years, she served as Director of Central Connection, overseeing critical access and coordinating services across the behavioral health continuum for Hamilton County residents. She also has extensive experience supporting individuals and families facing behavioral health challenges.

Shelley’s work spans behavioral health, child welfare, and developmental disability services, equipping her to lead Talbert House’s integrated approach to care. Her strong relationships with Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services, Hamilton County Job and Family Services, and Summit Behavioral Health will support the Agency’s continued growth in crisis services.

“Shelley is a respected leader who brings both experience and heart to her work,” said Josh Arnold, CEO of Talbert House. “Her innovative ideas and proven track record will help us take our behavioral health services to the next level.”

Jeremy Brown, who previously held this position, has transitioned to Vice President of Technology and Impact, where he will continue to drive innovation and data-informed strategies that strengthen Talbert House’s mission and outcomes.
