Talbert House Named Among Cincinnati’s 2026 Top Workplaces

CINCINNATI – Talbert House has been named a 2026 Top Workplace by Enquirer Media based on employee feedback gathered through the confidential Energage Workplace Survey, which measures key aspects of the employee experience and workplace culture.

In addition to the overall recognition, Talbert House received honors in several specialty categories, including employee appreciation, employee wellbeing, professional development, work-life flexibility, and nonprofit industry excellence.

Based on employee feedback from past surveys, Talbert House refreshed its values to better reflect the agency’s culture and mission: Advocacy, Collaboration, Compassion, Inclusion, Integration, Integrity, Quality, and Respect.

Talbert House empowers children, adults, and families to live healthy, safe, and productive lives through prevention, assessment, treatment, and reintegration services. With five service lines — Addictions, Community Care, Court and Corrections, Housing, and Mental Health — the agency operates multiple sites across Southwest Ohio. Last year, Talbert House served more than 33,000 clients in person and provided prevention and hotline services to more than 129,000 individuals.
