Talbert House Names Joanna Lowry as Regional Director of Court and Corrections

CINCINNATI – Talbert House is pleased to welcome Joanna Lowry as its new Regional Director of Court and Corrections. With more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health, addiction services, and court and corrections programming, Lowry brings extensive expertise to the role.

Most recently, Joanna held leadership roles with the Butler County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Services Board and Altarum Institute. She is a former Talbert House leader, having served as Associate Director for Burnet Intensive Services and in several roles within Court and Corrections.

She holds an LPCC-S and LICDC-CS, a master’s degree in counseling from Cincinnati Christian University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University.
