Talbert House Names Lisa Berkemeier as Housing Director

CINCINNATI – Talbert House proudly announces Lisa Berkemeier as its new Housing Director. With more than 25 years of experience managing multi-state affordable and federally subsidized housing portfolios, Berkemeier brings extensive expertise to the role.

Throughout her career with nonprofit organizations, Berkemeier has overseen housing portfolios of up to 18 communities and more than 500 units, improving service delivery, occupancy, compliance, and overall organizational performance through strategic leadership.

In her new role, Berkemeier will advance Talbert House housing services, which empower adults, veterans, and families to sustain their independence through a range of housing programs across Brown, Butler, Clinton, Warren, and Hamilton counties.

Berkemeier is a graduate of the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She resides in Reading, Ohio.
