Talbert House Offers State-Approved Online CDCA Education Bundle

CINCINNATI – Heisel & Associates, a Talbert House enterprise, is now offering an Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board (OCDPB)-approved Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) Education Bundle to help individuals meet Ohio's updated certification requirements.

Effective July 1, 2026, the OCDPB no longer accepts individual continuing education units (CEUs) for CDCAs. Heisel & Associates is one of only nine Board-approved providers in Ohio authorized to deliver both the CDCA Preliminary Bundle (40 CE hours) and the CDCA (Renewable) Bundle (30 CE hours).

Through Talbert House’s customized bundle, participants can complete a comprehensive, self-paced, 100% online training package that fulfills the full education requirement through written coursework or on-demand videos before receiving a certificate to submit with their OCDPB application.
