All applications will be reviewed at the October board meeting and all applicants will receive a response no later than October 31.

Home is Where the Heart is

Thank you for your support of Home is Where the Heart is. Together, we raised $18,000 to provide affordable housing and supportive services to those overcoming barriers such as mental health, poverty, trauma, addiction and homelessness.
