Talbert House Announces Leadership Positions

CINCINNATI – Talbert House would like to welcome the following individuals into their new roles within the Agency: Maureen Donnellan as Vice President of Talent and Engagement, Harold Howard as Vice President of Community Care, Teri Nau as Vice President of Community and Donor Relations, Alex Rulon as Director of Community Care and Keith Wiesenberg as Medical Group Director.

Maureen Donnellan joins the Agency as the Vice President of Talent and Engagement. Maureen has worked with leaders in for-profit, non-profit and government organizations across many industries, most notably in healthcare and manufacturing for nearly 30 years. Maureen holds a bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University

Harold Howard has been promoted to Vice President of Community Care after serving within Talbert House for 12 years. Harold began working at the Agency in 2008 with the Fatherhood Project and has over a decade of experience in social service. Harold holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from West Virginia State University and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.

Teri Nau has been promoted to Vice President of Community and Donor Relations. She will oversee the community and government relations, agency communications and development functions of Talbert House. Teri holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and joined the Agency in 1999 as the Director of Community Relations.

Alex Rulon has been promoted to Director within the Community Care Service Line. Alex has been with Talbert House for over 10 years and has served in many different roles at the Agency beginning as a Case Manager with the Substance Abuse/Mentally Ill (SAMI) program before being promoted to Clinical Supervisor. In 2013 Alex became Operational Supervisor where he led programs such as the 281-Care Crisis Hotline and the Fatherhood Project.

Keith Wiesenberg has been hired as Medical Group Director. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, a master’s in Health Administration, and a master’s in Business Administration, all from Xavier University. Keith is a Certified Medical Practice Executive through the Medical Group Management Association and has worked in acute care as a clinician and executive, homecare, and ambulatory care.
