LEARN - Everybody Leads is a three month foundational leadership and skills development program for those looking to improve their general leadership skills. LEARN was designed to address the need for all employees to be skilled in the self-awareness and interpersonal aspects of leadership that reach beyond the technical expertise one must possess.
About ADVANCE - Leading Others
ADVANCE - Leading Others is a three month leadership and skills development training program for nonprofit and program managers who have been in this role for at least six months and less than four years. ADVANCE was designed to address the need for all managers to be skilled in the self-awareness and interpersonal aspects of leadership that reach beyond the technical expertise managers must have.
About EXCEL - Leading Organizations
The Executive Curriculum for Emerging Leaders (EXCEL) is a nine-month leadership and skills development training program for nonprofit high-level managers and new executive directors. EXCEL was designed to address the need for highly skilled leadership for cultural and social service organizations in the Greater Cincinnati region.
