Bank of America Awards Talbert House $20,000 Grant
CINCINNATI – Talbert House is excited to announce a $20,000 grant from Bank of America to fund the hiring of a Case Manager Navigator. This addition to the team will enhance case management and support services in the Walnut Hills community.
The Case Manager Navigator will assist case managers in addressing client needs in Walnut Hills, where Talbert House offers behavioral health and primary care services. This grant will provide essential funding for the Case Manager Navigator role, supporting case managers and enhancing the quality of care in Walnut Hills. Through this role, Talbert House aims to reduce turnover and build lasting relationships between case managers and clients, leading to better client outcomes, healthier neighborhoods, and community well-being.
